Responsibilities

Participate in marketing and brand development meetings on scheduled workdays
Stay up to date on market trends, new brands, and other sales strategies to provide business success
Experience in setting up Google ad words campaign and Facebook, IG campaigns, YouTube, Email Marketing etc.
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Gather and analyze consumer behaviour data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
Assist with organizing promotional events
Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters)
Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
Prepare regular sales forecasting reports
Monitor competitors marketing activities
Travel locally to different assigned territories and understand what the best offerings would be within that region

Desired Skills & Experience

Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Excellent grammar and English writing skills are a must
Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns for Amazon, Flipkart and E-Commerce site
Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
2-4 years of proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
Master or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field

Please note: the job requirement is to work from the office. There is no work from home option available.

Office Location:St. Marks Road (Around MG Road/Brigade Road Location), Bangalore

Candidate having their own transport to commute to the office will be an added advantage
