Job Summary:At CountAI, your primary role is to visit many places around the world and install our sensors and ensure our customers’ satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Installation:Lead the installation and configuration of our AI-based automatic inspection systems at customer facilities.

Customer Training:Provide in-depth training to customers and their operators on system operation and maintenance.
Develop training materials and documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Technical Support:Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues related to our inspection systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems and deliver effective solutions.
Coordinate with our internal technical teams to resolve complex issues.

Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure that the inspection systems meet performance specifications.
Document installation procedures and report any necessary adjustments or improvements to our engineering team.

Customer Satisfaction:Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring that their needs and expectations are consistently met.
Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in machine installation and servicing, with a specialization in knitting technology.
  • Strong knowledge of knitting technology and textile inspection processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering superior customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,520.00 - ₹27,833.00 per month
