Job description


Under Expansion Programme, We have an opening for the Post of Business Sales Executive in our company SR Medicare Pvt. Ltd.


Candidates from Pharma , Medical , Healthcare , FMCG Industry can apply only.


Job Location - Bhagalpur, Banka, Naugachia, Katihar, Purnea, Araria, Munger, Lakhisarai, Gaya,

Darbhanga, Muzafferpur, Nawada, Aurangabad Bihar


Key Responsibilities:-


1.Meeting with doctors and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged

appointments or regular ’cold’ calling.

2. Establishing new & maintaining existing relationship with the customers.

3. Managing and interpreting customer requirement.

4. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff.

5. Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff as suggested or applicable.

6. Reaching (and if possible exceeding) Monthly / Quarterly / Annual sales targets.

7. Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager.

8. Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefing.

9. Monitoring competitor activity and competitors’ products.

10. Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector

11. Regular feedback to customers and immediate reporting authority
