Profile -: Associate / Senior Associate
Requirement -: Good Communication Skills in HINDI & English
Exp required -: 0- 2 years

Age Criteria -: 18 -28 years
Shifts: Rotational
Location:WFH ( Candidate should have Laptop/Desktop and Broadband connection )

Responsibilities and Duties

The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service specialist would be:

  • Handling escalations and complex queries.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Key skills required:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) / Any graduates
