Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser at BALAJI ART AND CRAFT in Jodhpur. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing the overall presentation of the store, maintaining and stocking inventory, setting up displays, and providing exceptional customer service. The Merchandiser will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.

  • Sales and Retail experience
  • Marketing skills to drive sales and revenue
  • Experience in visual merchandising
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred
