Responsibilities:

Facilitating Clinical Training: Supervise and guide nursing students during their clinical rotations in various healthcare settings. Provide hands-on training, demonstration, and guidance to ensure students develop essential clinical skills and competency.

Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the nursing education team to develop, review, and update the nursing curriculum. Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in the nursing field to incorporate relevant information into the curriculum.

Student Support and Guidance: Provide academic and career guidance to students, addressing their concerns and queries. Offer mentorship and support to promote their personal and professional development.

Research and Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest nursing practices, research, and educational methodologies. Conduct research in nursing education and contribute to scholarly publications and presentations.

Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with other faculty members and healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated learning experience for students. Coordinate with clinical facilities and healthcare organizations for student placements and clinical rotations.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized institution. Master’s degree in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing) preferred.

Licensure: Must be a registered nurse with a valid nursing license.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nursing Tutor or similar role in a reputable nursing institution. Prior clinical nursing experience is desirable.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practices.
Proficient in classroom instruction and curriculum development.
