Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage end to end responsibility for online Sales and promotion through various platforms such as

1. Amazon

2. Indiamart

3. OLX

4. Just Dial

5. Google Promotions

6. Facebook

7. Whatsapp Business Account

· Listing product online with correct description, specifications, price, dimensions, multiple photographs.

· Clicking high quality Product Photographs and enhancing them digitally

· Creating Product Description

· Tabulating Product Specifications for listing on Amazon

· Recording Product Measurements using scale / vernier caliper etc

· Digitizing Product Manuals / Brochures etc for online listing

· Follow up enquiries through e-mail, facebook, websites, whatsapp, phone, all other digital mediums - and convert to orders

· Contact potential bulk B2B buyers though emails, SMS, Whatsapp, Phone, Facebook, IndiaMart

· Analyzing their requirements and providing appropriate solution.

· Maintaining Good relationship with customers

· Coordinate with the Dispatch team and ensure timely delivery of products & service

· Engage Digital Audience through various Online Campaigns - Handle social mediums - Respond to enquiries, etc

· Handling customer issues & grievances

· Look for various mediums of expansion for e-commerce

· Conducting Online Sale activities Digitally, promotions etc and other lead generation activities

Desired Candidate Profile

· We are looking for high-performing Female Sales candidates with core experience in Online Sales Generation through e-commerce platforms like Amazon / Indiamart and other portals

· Good knowledge of E-commerce websites (Amazon / Flipkart), IndiaMart, Just Dial, Trade India, Tendering (GEM), INstitutional Sales etc.

· Excellent English communication and product description writing skills

· Proficient in photography and photograph enhancement digitally

· Good technical aptitude

· Experience in SMM

· Experience in running Whatsapp , EMail, SMS campaigns

· B.Tech/ MBA

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
