Roles and Responsibilities


Extensive experience providing support for SaaS based applications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with people with a wide range of technical understanding Must be a quick-learner and be able work well in fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with IT service management practices and platforms (e.g. ITIL) ITIL /Technical CertificationsExtensive experience providing support for SaaS based applications

  • Resolve Incidents within the specified Service Level Agreements/Operational Level Agreements Trouble shoot issues across a wide range of applications using monitoring solutions and/or by debugging of code
  • Provide first-line investigation which may include Business, system and technical analysis and diagnosis of all Incidents and Service Requests Identify potential and recurring issuesw

    Required Skills
  • Experience in SaaS based application, implementation and support Reasonable understanding of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google) including micro services
  • Experience with service management practices (request fulfilment, Incident management,problem management and change management) Experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from inception to deployment Development exposure of SQL databases, Java, Web based applications, Oracle, PLSQL, Windows/Unix/Linux environments, shell Scripts, Weblogic, Tomcat etc Knowldege of basic network operations as they relate to the exchange of data between applications The ability to analyze and resolve complex problems
