Key Responsibilities:

Ability to build a process driven and scalable operations backbone in each of the BUs
Ability to handle multiple complex projects and processes simultaneously
Collaborate with cross-functional internal/external partners and customers to identify problems and prioritise between multiple projects
End-to-end execution of the project along with contributing in project plans
Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about business problems and come up with innovative solutions to improve the metrics

Ideal Candidate:

Worked at an early stage startup in a 0-1 phase of its journey
Has Experience in putting processes in place and navigating high growth while delivering a high quality user experience
Was highly involved in student body fests and activities during college or would have done internships at high growth startups
Good in Stakeholder management
Good Analytical skills(Excel, SQL, etc.)
