We are looking for a dynamic team player !!!

Designation: Operations Executive

Location: Kanpur (UP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Do often research to understand the company’s operations needs and requirements, Farms integration.

• Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers

• Quality checking of agriculture produce, inputs (seeds, fertilizers etc), cattle feed, etc.

• Responsible for identifying necessary products and services to support daily operations- logistics coordination, ensuring smooth operations thereby enhancing productivity.

• Comparison of pricing on a regular basis to ensure cost control measures.

• Regular analysis to be done on all the parameters and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing strategy

• Write sourcing documentation and statements

• Need to travel extensively

• Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices

• Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations

• Responsible for identifying necessary products and services to support daily operations- logistics coordination, crucial role in company’s operations as well as productivity.

• Upkeep of work reports.

Knowledge & Skill requirement

• Previous working experience as a Sourcing executive for 2 or more years

• Outstanding negotiation abilities

• Great communication, interpersonal, and networking skills

• Sense of ownership

• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

• Team player

• Management skills

• Knowledge of local language (Mandatory), have to travel extensively.-Two Wheeler mandatory

Previous working experience as an operations executive for 2 or more years

Qualification & Experience • Graduate(B.Sc Agri) • Previous working experience as a Sourcing executive for 0-2 or more years.
