• User Management Create users, remove users, password reset, block users
• Configuration of PACS details in modalities
• Training for doctors and staff for accessing and using PACS
• Merging of reports / images in PACS
• Configuring and ensuring smooth communication between PACS and other applications

RIS
• User Management Create users, block users, password reset
• Configuration of RIS in modalities
• Training of RIS
• Training of Speechmagic ( Voice Recognition Software ) in RIS
• Management of licenses
• Sorting out locked reports and locked records in RIS
• Ensuring orders flowing from HIS to RIS
• Configuring newly added procedures and assigning them to the concerned modalities
• Adding newly joined consultants to ensure proper flow of orders from billing to RIS
• Adding templates of various modalities for reporting
• Approving license for RIS in newly installed PCs
• Monitoring communications between HIS, PACS and RIS
• RIS and PACS context matching in RIS reporting
