Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls/emails/Chat professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders or obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
  • Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.


Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:

  • Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
  • Should have good English communication skills.
  • Experience in Voice/Chat/e-mail process will be preferred
  • Should be very confident and presentable.
  • Fresher also welcome
  • Energy levels should be high

Compensation & Benefits: Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 21000(CTC) per Month + Incentives; will be decided based on qualification, experience and interview. ESIC, PF & Gratuity, as per applicable law. Group Insurance, Cover.
