Partnership Leader

As part of our ER&D Market Making Team you will contribute to our corporate success by managing Wipro’s collaboration with key strategic partners for ER&D globally. In this role you will report to the ER&D Market Making Team Leader. You will work closely with Wipro’s sales teams, practice teams, client partners, business units and marketing as well as our partners to sell solutions jointly with our key partners.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- Owning the creating and execution of business plans as basis for generating new business opportunities with our strategic partners

- Ensuring a proper governance of the existing partnerships and a high level of partner satisfaction

- Creating and cultivating new contacts, especially on an operational level

- Developing and executing of demand generation campaigns/GTM focusing on industry-related and jointly agreed initiatives

- Drive a cadence of senior management meetings between Wipro and the partners to deliver and scale the business

- Initiating and executing proactive account alignments to get engaged early in the sales cycle

- Leading regular pipeline reviews to ensure a high level of transparency on both sides

Qualification

- Ideal candidate will have an overall 10 – 15 years of work experience with at least 5 years in Engineering Services, Technology Sales/Consulting in the areas such as I-4.0 IOT, PLM, OTT, Digital Engineering, Engineering Analytics, AI, IP/ Solutions

- Sales or Business Development experience in client facing roles: 5+ Years

- Prior experience in a highly collaborative and a matrix environment or any experience with a Engineering Services Company will be an added advantage.

- Prefer to have solutions sales experience delivering, consulting, digital & cloud services & solutions

- Related certifications are an advantage
