Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for complete ASIC PDK collateral and flow QA on specific technology nodes. As a manager, understand department priorities and PDK schedules, set priorities for the team and get results across boundaries. Constantly communicate with stakeholders in different geographies to ensure smooth work execution. Track open issues for a release and drive to resolution. Ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Plans, provides resources for and directs activities in engineering function to meet quality and schedules. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans tasks, and solutions. Plans and schedules daily tasks, with inputs from various stake holders, uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices. Inadequacies and erroneous decisions would cause moderate inconvenience and expense.


Qualifications


M Tech with 8+ years or B Tech with 10+ years work experience in the ASIC PDK domain.
Candidate should have experience in PDK development, QA, Design execution and/or customer support in ASIC domain. Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the ASIC technology files, ASIC RTL2GDSII flow development and QA. Candidate should have exposure to a breadth of EDA tools from different vendors. Planning, prioritization, delegation skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication is a must.
