Working Hours: - The job purely would-be NIGHT shift from 6:30 PM till 3:30 AM IST / 9:30 PM till 6:30 AM IST
100% Remote / Work from Home Opportunity
Job Description:
Responsible for Sourcing profiles, qualifying candidates on Skills Vs experience for IT/Engineering/Pharmaceutical clients requirements
Ensure meeting Daily/Monthly target of submitting quality candidates for open job requirements released by clients.
A thorough analysis of candidate’s commitment and background check before Submission.
Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates and following up on a real-time basis till feedback received from the Client.
Good communication skills - The role requires daily coordination with Team leads, Sales, Account managers, and candidates sitting on Site in the US over the call and hence a stronghold on English is mandated.
