Objective of the role : To proactively steer the project effectively and efficiently by providing timely inputs through planning and scheduling.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To supervise requirements planning for department, division, project, or organization
• To supervise the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.
• Making estimations for timescales and costs.
• Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals.
• To estimate a timescale for a project and to ensure that the outlined deadlines are met.
• Create Master Schedule for a Project, linking all functions such as assignment of main resources, legal due diligence, funding for various phases, concept design, review and finalization of design, Initial permits and sanctions, Drawings, Procurement (Materials and Contracts), Site Development, Marketing Launch, Construction of buildings and external works, final NOCS/OC and handover.
• Gathers relevant statistical data and drafts reports on issues such as demographic information, occupancy rates, and land use
• Expedite by assisting Liaison Manager to integrate his works with the Construction schedule
• Communicates with other managers, supervisors, and colleagues throughout project
• Performs surveys and field studies

Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate Engineer (BE CIVIL) + PG in Project Management having 4-6 yrs work experience as Planning Engineer with Construction Industries
