One of our client which is into Manufacturing of Metal Furniture is looking for :

Powder Coating Incharge

Location : Thane

Educational Qualification : Any

Job Description –

· Preparation of work schedule for material given by fabrication department

· Monitoring Powder Coating activity.

· Responsible for daily Production Plan.

· Responsible for Injury free work at Powder Coating area

· Ensure quality inspection I being carried out by QC department

· Ensure Proper Housekeeping maintain at workplace

· Increase awareness about PPE’s

· Increase awareness about QEHS risk in the team

· Responsible to reduce rework & rejection

· Ensure Identification on product, in-process material, fixtures, tools & Equipment

· Increase awareness about SOP & work instructions

· Increase awareness about QEHS policies & Objectives

· Ensure no leakage & spillage in chemical area

· Ensure ducts are clean at define frequency

· Ensure MSDS are available for the chemicals in use

· Ensure process validation carried out & data is maintained

· Ensure chemical concentrations is maintained at all tanks

· Maintain daily production records

· Ensure Timely completion of production

· Ensure Maintenance of machines carried out by Maintenance team

· Ensure safety instruction is Followed.

· Ensure availability of raw material tools equipment before production start.

Experience in powder coating required.

Experience: Min 4+ Years

Salary : Negotiable.
