Roles and Responsibilities

You will be a part of Product Team, involved in all the stages of architecture to development of our product.

Strong knowledge and hands on experience on C#, .Net Framework, NET core 3.0, MVC 4.0 and up, BOT framework and Azure.

Develop Chatbot conversational Flows in utilizing in-house products for solving customers problem and increasing customer satisfaction.

Maintain, fix bugs and upgrade chatbots as per the Microsoft Bot Framework and Conversation Designer using Azure Cognitive Services like LUIS, QnA Maker, Text Analytics Cognitive Service etc.

Hands-on experience with cloud frameworks such as Azure.

Team player yet can contribute with minimal supervision.



Desired Candidate Profile

MANDATORY KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Overall 8+ years impactful and enriching software engineering experience with at least 2 year experience in Microsoft BOT framework development.

At least 4+ years of experience in .Net, ASP.NET, MVC, Rest API, C#, JSON, Java Script, jQuery SQL Server etc.

Experience in Microsoft BOT framework and Azure is a must.

Bot Deployment on Azure environment

Knowledge of architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)

Should have the skills for implementing algorithms and solving business-related problems.

Good English Communication Skills - Spoken and Written

Strong Trouble Shooting and problem-solving skills

Must be proactive, creative and enthusiastic team player.

Understanding of Agile methodologies

GOOD TO HAVE - KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Artificial Intelligence, Reporting and Dashboarding solution knowledge would be a definite plus.

Prior experience of legal domain would be a definite plus.
