Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Director to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of our diverse program portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in translating Equilibrium Endeavour’s mission into tangible results by overseeing the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and success of all programs and projects.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to develop a comprehensive program strategy aligned with Equilibrium Endeavour’s mission and vision.
• Identify critical social issues across various NAICS industries and develop innovative program concepts to address them.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and research to ensure program relevance and effectiveness.

Program Management:

• Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from ideation and planning to implementation and evaluation.
• Manage a team of program managers and staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain clear program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Project Management:

• Utilize Azure DevOps to track program progress, manage resources, and ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
• Develop and document detailed project plans, outlining objectives, methodologies, tasks, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Implement effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and challenges.

Monitoring & Evaluation:

• Develop and implement robust program evaluation frameworks to assess progress, measure impact, and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to demonstrate the effectiveness of programs in achieving desired outcomes.
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate program results to stakeholders and funders.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in program development and evaluation within the non-profit sector.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with other organizations to leverage resources and expertise.
• Represent Equilibrium Endeavour at relevant conferences, workshops, and community events.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, Social Work, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program development, implementation, and management within the non-profit sector.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
