  • Obtain weekly project status from all team members
  • Prepare and assist in the project documentation
  • Organise and schedule team meetings
  • Establish priorities, schedules, and deadlines for tasks
  • Identify project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and deadlines
  • Keep track of the project costs
  • Provide assistance to ensure projects run on time and within budget
  • Ensure quality and timely submission of all project deliverables and documentation
  • Ensure timely submission of all invoices to clients for the assigned projects in line with the payment schedule by communicating
  • Provide assistance to business development wherever possible and as needed
  • Conduct market research and make recommendations based on findings
  • Assist with tasks such as data collection, analysis, and prepare strategic reports
