Job Purpose and Impact

The Project Site Manager will use general business knowledge to plan, organize and control resources, procedures and timing for an administrative or business project. We seek a detail-oriented professional with the interpersonal skills to organize our project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements. In this role, you will conduct engineering work in construction or maintenance & reliability, external stakeholder management , Environmental health and safety.

Key Accountabilities
  • Identify and acquire the resources necessary to complete projects.
  • Help resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
  • Monitor progress and performance to meet the project plan goals.
  • Collaborate with senior partners to ensure project meets requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
  • Maintaining the environment, health and safety requirements at the site
  • Help coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management and troubleshooting for engineering projects.
  • Coordination with govt authorities to acquire licences and permits to construct and operate the plant
  • Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical stream
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
  • 15 Years of experience into manufacturing operations with minimum 5 years of experience in project management
  • Experience of executing minimum two greenfield projects
