Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in sourcing and procuring both raw materials and packaging materials for manufacturing operations. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Procurement:
  • Identify and source reliable suppliers for raw materials and packaging materials based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive advantage and cost savings.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier capabilities.
  • Supplier Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
  • Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic supplier evaluations to assess quality, reliability, and compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and logistics, to address material-related issues and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Work closely with the inventory management team to maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials and packaging materials while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
  • Develop and implement inventory control measures to track material usage, monitor stock levels, and identify opportunities for inventory optimization.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to material procurement, including safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,127.51 - ₹35,801.46 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Row material and Packaging material: 1 year (Required)
