Roles and Responsibilities

Automation feasibility analysis
Create test automation plans and scripts integrated to the development pipeline.
Providing testing solutions to business problems
Collaborate with the other QA Engineers to develop effective test strategies.
Evaluate testing process, make recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Hands on expertise in Selenium
Experience in developing Selenium automation framework from scratch
Experience in test automation for Agile Continuous Integration/Development.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Provide guidance and rules to determine which test cases can and should be automated.
Preparing strategy including prioritization to automate existing test cases with Selenium.
Deep understanding of software testing, its main concepts, and processes, the whole bug life cycle; different testing levels, methods, and types
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
Good communication and teamwork skills to interact with project team members, clients, and stakeholders as well as work closely with the development team.
Experience working with project planning and tracking tools such as JIRA / Redmine.
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Exposure to various types of testing including functional, regression, performance, security etc.
Knowledge of Healthcare or Digital Payment domain (desirable)
Education Qualifications: Engineering or Technical Degree (BE/ B. Tech/ ME/ M. Tech/ MCA).
