Job Profile

Candidates must possess the following non-technical skills:

o Ability to work on different projects in any given day, under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.

o Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions.

o Organized and detail oriented.

o Ability to troubleshoot technical problems remotely.

o Excellent organization and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

o Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution

o Able to adjust to rapid change in a dynamic field of work.

o Excellent communications skills: Good oral English skills and excellent written English skills

o Proven small group leadership skills.

Candidates must possess the following technical skills:

o The candidate will be involved in writing test plans and test cases. Analyze, design, and build test cases based on system requirements and design specification.

o Working knowledge of Web based application is must.

o Should possess sound database knowledge.

o Candidate should be proficient in using testing tools like automated (QTP, Selenium, win runner, Appium), E2E test tools (Cypress), load and performance testing with JMeter or any other appropriate toolset and manual testing.

o Document and report all test results writing and executing test scripts and writing test specifications.

o Preparing Bug Analysis reports.

o Other responsibilities would include Defect Reporting, Co-ordination with Development team, Defect logging, Defect tracking, Bug reporting etc.

o Knowledge in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)

o Should be aware about functional testing.
