Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Captain at Royal Orchid Hotels located in Jhansi. As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing and training staff, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and maximizing revenue. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to deliver a memorable dining experience to our guests.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in food and beverage service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Degree in Hotel Management or related field is a plus
