We are hiring a candidates who they have a experience in to loan recovery and collection

Should have experience in to credit card/Loan only

Should have knowledge of collection & recovery

Manage the Recovery - optimization of recoveries by implementing recovery tools / Legal Proceedings / Recovery Agency Management / Vendor Management .

To ensure discipline and on time payments / settlements / closure of hard bucket delinquent accounts

To ensure 100% process and policy adherence

To ensure 100% execution of Recovery and management tools.

Ability to deliver under highly competitive market / dealing with rogue customers / Exhibit high level of leadership quality / Team Management / Target oriented approach / people management.

  • Collections as per targets attached. smart card collections and collections of Cross sell products
  • Provide the required customer support , timely and accurate collections
  • Adhere to process of collections and ensure zero OD
  • Responsible for managing the Collections, maintain/minimize the PAR account. recommending collection settlements & also managing collection legal cases and collection agencies for recoveries.
  • Collections as per targets defined
  • Adhere to process of collections and ensure zero OD
  • Follow-up with customers for their overdue amounts.
