Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at ConnectUs Infoway LLP in Rajkot. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers. You will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and help create job descriptions. Additionally, you will build and maintain a strong network of candidates and talent pipelines.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sourcing and networking abilities
  • Ability to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Relevant HR certifications are a plus
