Should have experience in direct sourcing and also work with DSAs, worked for Unsecured business loans and LAP. Experience between 1-8 years.Should have field sales experience and good communication skills.Building and maintaining healthy business relations with customer, enhancing customer satisfaction & securing repeat business.To penetrate all targeted key accounts and originate upselling opportunities.Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.Tie up with DSAs & networking skills for achieving Sales.Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.Identify potential clients and approach them to explain the financial products and services offered by the Company.
