We are currently hiring for below position for our reputed IT Client:

 Ruby On Rails Developer

Skills / Project Experience - Required
  • Strong Hands-on Experience with OOPS, Ruby, JavaScript,
  • Experience with working on any one of the web frameworks: EmberJS, ReactJS
  • Knowledge of large scale enterprise systems with the ability to design for performance and scalability.
  • Knowledge or prior experience with ElasticSearch, Redis
  • Skills in data structures, algorithms and object oriented design
  • Ability to use code configuration tools (Github, bitbucket)
  • Ability to work with automated unit test frameworks like RSpec.
  • Ability to write SQL with databases like MySQL.
  • Ability to quickly learn and deliver on analogous technologies not previously worked on.
  • Ability to communicate clearly across teams in the projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
  • 4+ years professional software development experience
  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails
  • Passionate about UX and UI performance
  • Experience implementing intuitive user interfaces for complex tasks
  • Familiarity with AWS
  • Knowledge of and expertise in software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with users, technical teams, and management
  • Worked in Agile Scrum projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills
