Job Description


(A) Sr.Sales Coordinator / Ass. Managers/ Mgr : (5 nos)

  • Handling walk-ins, ensure customers are attended on time and the complete brand and project story is presented.
  • Timely customer calling & follow-ups.
  • Handling Pre & Post Sales Booking & Agreement.
  • Respond to customers on time and provide complete and correct information in person as requested. Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via direct meetings, telephone calls and e- mails.
  • Should possess excellent communication skills, excellent convincing & follow up.
  • Customer Follow up for Agreement & Bank Loans.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via direct meetings, telephone calls and e- mails. Organizing site visits for prospective customers. Accompany customers on site visits and make sure that customer is briefed in detail about the project.
  • Importantly demonstrate initiative and problem- solving skills.
  • IMP - Target oriented approch.

(B) Digital cum Tele caller (02 nos)

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Study industry events, plan promotions and participation for sales and management team
  • Participate in relevant Learning industry award and plan projects for submissions
  • Work with management, sales team, content and design teams, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors/agencies to launch campaigns on time and on budget
  • Determine overall budgets with management team and manage budgets against ROI
  • Handling Lead generation and prospecting clients through Tele sales/BD Team/ Sales Team.
  • Follow up on generated inquiry, cold calling to customers /attending calls from customers
  • Coordinate with Sales Team & arrange visit of customers to different Sites.
  • Follow up calls to customers & Site In charge.
  • Report on sales activities to management on daily bases.
  • Target oriented approach & closers on weekly bases

(C) HR cum Personal Assistant : (1 nos)

  • Working as Assistant to Director, handling day to day time tables, schedules, communication etc
  • Handling calls, coordinating with team & reporting to management
  • Contacting & Coordinating with various Developers for deal closer as per management
  • Proven working experience as HR & People oriented and results driven
  • Posting JD on various job portals, Screening candidates, Scheduling interviews, Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Managing pre & post on boarding activities, Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Managing end-to-end background check.
  • Competency mapping of candidates with the job role.
  • Handling office Administration, Office Processing
