  • Welcome the Customer, Understand their requirements and Display the Products.
  • If the customer intends to buy, Show them products, explain the features of the product.
  • Brief on the related products and Focus on better Cross Selling.
  • To hand over the product with the duly signed bill to the customer.
  • To inform the Floor Manager when there are customer Complaints.
  • Manage floor in the absence of Floor Manager.
