Roles and Responsibilities

1. To handle inquiries, quotation preparation, and quotation submission as per client requirements.

2. To generate the quotation in the system and send it to the customer through software (AQM).

3. Obtain confirmation from the customer (PO, email, etc.) and generate sales order and order confirmation and advance payments.

4. To coordinate with the various departments of the organization like production, PPC & quality for the order execution.

5. Coordination with the shipping and logistic department to the preparation of the commercial documents against the shipment of the order.

6. Data analysis in different formats.

Technical Skills

1. English fluency in both writing and speaking.

2. Knowledge of Microsoft PPT, Excel, and word.

3. Knowledge of export transactions.

4. Candidate preferred from the steel industry
