Purpose of Role

Responsible for building and profitably growing the business in line with the organizations sales and distribution strategy by identifying the opportunities and maintaining relationship with business partners for smooth execution in the marketplace

What You Will Do

Role & Responsibilities

• Knowledge of and experience in the beverage alcohol industry (trade, excise laws & distribution) will be preferred
• An individual with high energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have the ability to service large potential accounts, identify each stakeholder within the organization and grow the account significantly in revenue and product range
• Motivated & ensures Off-Trade activity calendar is executed timely
• Ability to work to deadlines and/or under pressure and to remain calm and productive
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills (Internally & Externally)
• Highly organized and able to prioritize business goals
• Analytical skills, problem solving & Conflict management
• Influencing skills, Flourishes in environments of ambiguity

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate/MBA with 3-6 years experience in Sales
• Preferred from Liquor Or FMCG/FMCD/Hospitality industry
