Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise and monitor the sales team to achieve sales target and align with company direction and strategy
  • Ensure the sales activities in compliance with the rules and regulations
  • Identify, formulate and implement sales strategies and sales plans to increase sales volume as well as explore new customers or market segment to have market expansion
  • Collect market information and suggest corresponsive sales & marketing strategies according to the latest market trend and situation
  • Maintain good relationship with principal, fleet customers, other customers and also other business partners
  • Work closely with internal parties in order to improve and maintain excellent service quality to customers
  • Monitor budget closely for all sales related costs and expenditure
  • Prepare sales analysis and related management reports to the management
Requirements
  • Degree holder or other relevant qualifications from recognized institutions or professional bodies
  • At least 5 years’ managerial experience in automotive industry, preferably in commercial vehicles with solid sales track record
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build and maintain client relationships and internal harmony
  • Strong computer and project management skills
  • Result driven and with the ability to plan, organize and execute effectively
  • Proficient in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
