We are looking for a Sales Manager in Eaton’s Industrial Business, based in Tokyo, Japan. This role will manage assigned customer account(s). Function as contact window of the customer(s) for all aspects and coordinate with the other Eaton functions for customer requests. Manage existing business and expand the business with identifying/realizing growth opportunities. Lead the other functions to realize the growth opportunities.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Correct information of customers’ global business strategy and identify value of Eaton
  • Identify Eaton’s strategy in accordance with the customer’s strategy
  • Identify Growth opportunities and coordinate other Eaton functions to realize the opportunities
  • Maintain and develop close contacts with all levels of customer
  • Create necessary reports upon requests by Sales & Marketing Manager and other Eaton functions
  • Create sales volume forecast every month to create SIOP data and Rolling Forecast
  • Coordinate the outputs (Commercial/Engineering related) for customer’s requests
  • Maintain pricing/terms/conditions on each item for existing/future businesses
Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of Sales & Marketing experience
  • Engineering 4 years degree or higher preferred
  • Experience in Automotive and/or Truck industry is needed
  • Literacy on MS Excel/Power Point/Word
  • Excellent Communication (in writing/speaking) in English and Japanese
  • Must be able to lead changes to improve business process
  • In charge of Automotive and Truck customer new business development including engineering/technology
