Plan, organize and execute professional visit to customer in order to build and maintain relationship with customer through regular contact. Identify customer requirements
Regularly visits the assigned zone and customers as per assigned daily targets and ensures beat plan execution
At all times pays attention to customers needs / inquiries ensuring high levels of customer service
Conducts analysis on order placement, provides payment solutions to registered customers and monitors productivity of buying customers
Responsible to enhance customer base and maintain relations with customers for repeat business as per allocated targets
Ensures discipline for attendance and timeliness
Any other task as assigned
Ensures adherence to Company and department SOPs sponsibilities.
