We are hiring for our Client i.e. a leading retail lending Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), dedicated to providing secured business loans to MSMEs in tier 3 & 4 towns across India. Job Description for Sales Officer/Senior Sales Officer:

- Initiate personalized sales meetings with customers through Direct Sourcing.

- Consistently achieve disbursement targets on a month-on-month basis.

- Cultivate strong professional relationships with both new and existing customers through regular visits, calls, and effective grievance handling.

- Drive branch growth by identifying new sales opportunities through quality sourcing, meeting branch targets, and implementing cross-selling and up-selling strategies.

- Maintain compliance with banking and NBFC regulations, procedures, and operational checklists.

- Compile and maintain Daily Sales Report (DSR) with a focus on a minimum of 5 to 6 new customer visits per day.

- Achieve cross-selling targets while upholding data confidentiality and attending daily team meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Proficiency in Local Language, Hindi, and English.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships.

- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

- High energy, motivation, and a results-driven mindset.

- Possession of a valid driving license, helmet, and Two-wheeler.

- Willingness to travel extensively.

Position Reporting: This role reports to the Branch Manager.

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (10+2+3) or Postgraduate.

Work Experience: Minimum experience of 0.6 months to 5 years in MSME and NBFC, with expertise in handling LAP, SME loans in any Financial or Banking Sector would get additional advantages.
