Job ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Officer is responsible for the acquisition of new distributors & retails in market.Responsible for Team Target & will be responsible for revenue generation through team.Coordination with the teammates and if necessary, should work closely with the sales Rep. to generate max. Revenue.Discuss and set clear targets.Candidate must be from FMCG Industry.Ready to take challenges & willing to learn new things.So will be reporting to ASM/AMKey Skills Having experience in appointing retailers, mapping new retailer.Should have handled the team as well.Having excellent command and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and people skills.Experience in Handling coverage, Distribution, display range selling, secondary and Primary sales objective in a reputed FMCG organization. Strong geographical knowledge of the particular state.Experience in FMCG Products (Non-Food)
