Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing clients.
  • Manage complete Sales Process from lead generation to closing the sales including cold calling and networking
  • Defines, outlines, and executes the lead generation programs to deliver expected lead quality, conversions
  • Reaching out to CXO’s, Marketing Managers, Marketing Executives, etc. who have the decision-making ability in their respective organizations to Pitch for business.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Responsibility for setting up and driving sales team, processes and systems
  • Complete ownership of P&L across
  • Ownership of New & Existing Product Planning and Sales
  • Driving the sales team on targets and rewarding with target-based incentives
  • Managing and Optimization of budgets
  • Ownership of Vendor management
  • Ownership of Creating and executing Partnership proposals, contracts and related documentation
  • Finding and Addressing Market Gaps for revenue growth and margin optimization
  • Ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service, building positive business relationships to ensure that any agreements/commitments are delivered within the appropriate time frame by building best practices
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Marketing teams to achieve better results and revenue.

Job Expectations:

Key Requirements:

  • Excellence in presentation, spoken and written skills
  • The candidate must have extensive experience in business development and client management.
  • He should have knowledge of Luxury and Ultra Luxury Segments of business
  • Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors

Minimum Qualification:

Master’s degree in business administration or related field

Minimum Job Experience:

8 - 12 Years
