Job Duties

Should be Having experience with schools construction , knowledge of CAD , MEP

Manage Project Development from initiation to closure

Land development

Manage the budget and estimate costs

Work with clients outlining and adhering to scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing

Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment

Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule

Provide a project schedule identifying when each task will be performed.

Create, maintain and constantly look to improve production processes

Work directly with Upper Management to facilitate strategies and software for project management.
