Senior Consultant Business Systems

Primary Responsibilities:

• Solicits for understanding and clarifying of business requirements by asking probing questions and helping in prioritization
• Applies understanding of technology to influence and assess feasibility of solutions
• Incorporates and optimizes non-functional requirements into solution
• Adapts to various methodologies
• Recommends test scenarios to business testers; assists in defect analysis to assess impact on solution
• Leads end to end business requirements gathering process
• Evaluates technology and completes options and risk analysis
• Develops and drives innovative solutions; apply understanding of how ERP solution solves problems
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement efforts to ensure system efficiency in support of business needs
• Champions opportunities for innovation by shaping methodology approach
• Offers opportunities and suggestions on how to improve the solution
• Provides ideas on how technology can improve business processes
• Incorporates business objectives when evaluating processes to remove redundancies and waste
• Recommends solutions for multiple channels
• Initiates opportunities and influences stakeholders with ideas that drive business value
• Influences stakeholders to assess and manage the impacts of changes and drive decision making
• Recommends innovation in digital and channel strategies; Engages appropriate parties to influence chang
• Designs solutions for every channel
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 10 - 14 years of experience in Business Analysis / System Analysis / Manager functions
• Experience building and supporting highly distributed, scalable systems and/or processes
• Experience with enabling automation capabilities through a DevOps model
• Experience with Agile software development processes & practices, methodology and terminology
• Experience leading a team of Business analyst in a large organization
• Experience on Azure Cloud, Kafka, Java, Angular, Postgres, GraphQL, Camunda, Azure Snowflake
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills
• Good communicator at all levels of the organization
• Working knowledge of MS SQL, SQL query language and SQL Management Studio
• Experience working in an off - shore / on - shore model
• Implements modern components, tools, and technologies
• Implements practices that support ATDD and CICD (with ability of E2E Implementation & trouble shooting)
• Leverage AI / ML with focus on prediction rather than solely depending on reactive approaches
• Implements solutions that exemplify modern practices
• Champions test data provisioning / management framework (focus on reuse)
• Contributes to the Org on Reusable testing assets
