Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Lab Technician for Karnataka ( Gulbarga & Shimoga ) & Tamil Nadu ( Coimbatore ) locations


  • Responsible for quality fitting as per the fitting standards and maintaining the quality of Optical.

1. Fitting spectacles precisely as per the customer order by following the fitting standards is the key for delivering Quality spectacles where quality check plays a key role and lab technician is responsible to have a zero error for each and every order fitted in the lab.

2. Responsible to handle frames, lenses especially customer own frame with utmost care without any damages and breakage.

3. Responsible to clean and maintain all fitting machinery on daily basis and should get serviced done at regular intervals as per the terms and conditions given by the equipment vendor.

4. Responsible to maintain a cordial relationship with Hospital Staff, Hospital management / Premises Owner where ever our fitting lab is located.

5. Responsible to maintain the confidentiality of Company Business data, Internal Process & Procedures, Documents, Customer data & any other company internal business transaction.

6. Honesty, Sincerity, Punctuality, Transparency & Accountability are 5 important core values that every employee should possess & any in discipline actions will lead to disciplinary action against the candidate.

Qualification:

1) Candidate should have Passed Higher Education or equivalent diploma.


Skills & Competencies:

1) Good interpersonal abilities

He / She Should have patience and tolerance.
