Role - Senior Manager - Instacards

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for developing & managing InstaCard activation & usage in liaison with digital marketing and communications team. Developing product scope for higher customer conversion and for a sustainable business model. Responsible for building scope for upselling other fee products through Card. Building various alliances for promoting repeat usage or card activation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, executing and driving the customer engagement for all set of InstaCard issued customer and achieving the InstaCard activation and usage targets. Liaison with digital marketing & communication teams to run engagement and activation campaigns.
  • Conceptualization of innovative ideas and develop those to implementable actions to drive customer traffic for increasing card activation and usage.
  • Planning & developing relationship / tie-ups with vendors and various alliances for building additional scope for Card usage & activation.
  • Responsible for deployment of Campaign to different portfolio customers – to cross sell InstaCard for Increasing the InstaCard customer base & also to generate upfront fee income.
  • Continuously suggest on the product upgrades based on the customer response and intact with the market developments to increase the repeat usage of the InstaCard.
  • With the recommended changes or up gradations to drive improving the customer journey and experience.
  • Exploring the scope for upselling of other free products through InstaCard.

Job Requirement

Management graduate with 6 - 8 Yrs exp – preferably having exp in Digital Sales /Cross Sell /E-commerce space

Skillset Required

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Drive Sales initiative, strong commitment, ability to take ownership
  • Exposure to business analysis, running campaigns and Digital channels would be preferred
