Senior Manager (Project Management)

Jubilant Biosys is hiring for Sr. Manager - Project Management (This role will be leading the Project Management for both Bengaluru & Noida sites).

Eductaional qualification:An experience Project Manager with a Master’s degree in Science and desired a PhD/MBA qualification.

Experience:15-18 yrs

Key responsibilites:

• Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
• To plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the project
• Work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support
• Coordinating internal resources and clients for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Manage PM team and support/nurture for PM process enabling
• Provide Operational support to reach organizational goals while managing project goals
• Ensure availability of systems, processes, tools and techniques in PMT
• Present Gap analysis in projects and provide inputs to Management
• Maintain accuracy in PM data by quality checking and analysing
• Alert upper management on project milestone success and failures with risk analysis
• Interface/Alliance with clients for smooth operations of projects and ensure better
• Provide project materials to clients for meetings and forecast budget, timeline and any subcontracting study approvals
• Implement processes that gives high bar on the PM process efficiency
• Optimize cost and resources by providing efficient risk strategy to team
• Nurture the team members to innovate on new PM processes.

Desirable experience:A project manager with 10+ years’ experience across technical and Non-technical projects, operation management and business development in Life Science, Contract Research, Drug Discovery R&D and Bioinformatics organizations.
