About the role


Position: Senior Recruitment

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Studying the job requirements
  • Leading a team of recruiters and would also assist in sourcing profiles from various job portals like Naukri etc
  • Maintaining and building of resourceful resume data bank.
  • Reviewing, evaluating and shortlisting profiles.
  • Validating the shortlisted profiles by talking to the candidates and screening them on basic parameters like communication skills, educational eligibility, interests and preferences, current availability and salary expectations.
  • Scheduling interviews and conducting the initial round of interview.
  • Responsible for individual and team performance
  • Offer Negotiation and Joining Formalities

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in end to end recruitment
  • Candidate must have good written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Ability to be unfazed by (and committed to) demanding deadlines
