Roles and Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and establish contact to promote real estate sales.
Participate in sales promotional activities from time to time, as directed by Sales & Marketing Head
Prospect sale enquiries of new and existing customers
Arrange/fix meetings of prospective customers with Sales Manager/Sales Head
Organise site visits and convert maximum site visits into sales.
Complete sale proceedings/documentation as per the Company guidelines
Meet monthly/annual sales targets
Prepare monthly MIS/sales reports.
Maintain good relations with existing and new customers.

Should have good knowledge in Real Estate sales & marketing
Should have excellent communication skills
Should have excellent sales/negotiation skills
Should be self-motivated and go getter
Should have strong commitment and desire to grow in career
Should be able to perform under pressure with strong will
Should be innovative and proactive and operate efficiently under minimal supervision.
Should have good presentation and demonstration skills.
Should be a good team player and work with synergy.
