仕事内容

1. Execution
Liaise with Project Manager/ Thermax / Agency to understand the requirement schedule
for Service technicians.
Plan and schedule the availability of Service engineers at various sites for commissioning, AMC, Breakdowns.
Guide & supervise service technicians with commissioning and troubleshooting.
Attend to escalations raised by customer or Project Manager on service quality.
Ensure that service activities are carried out within project budget
Monitor & review weekly progress of all sites, site visits for AMC, commissioning,
breakdowns.
Maintenance schedule creation for existing plants.
Ensure training needs of Service Engineers are addressed in a timely manner.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and components.
Ensure that spares are made available on time.
Mentoring and Coaching service engineers on maintenance issues.
Check, approve and maintain site related expenses, i.e. labour, suppliers, site
purchases, etc.

2. Process Improvement
Create commissioning formats, certificates
Create feedback reports on breakdown and provide to the technical team.
Update catalogue for spares, components.
Maintain updated unit history for allocated sites.
Prepare and update recommended spares list

Provide feedback to Veda management on introduction of new spares and components based
on market trends.
