Role:SIAM Senior Consultant

Required Technical Skill Set:SIAM, ITSM, ITIL

Desired Experience Range:6+

Location of Requirement:Jamshedpur,Kolkata

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve.
• Extensive experience with SIAM & ITSM Toolset (preferably Service Now)
• Knowledge and deep understanding of IT Infrastructure Library offerings (ITIL) & Knowledge and deep understanding of ITSM – Information Technology Service Management.
• ITIL Foundation & Practitioner
• Have operationally been driving one or more SIAM processes/practices as a process SME.

Good-to-Have

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve.
• A proven expert in managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization, specifically at senior management level.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), especially related to facilitation, documentation, and reporting.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Able to drive SIAM process governance and control.
• Establish engagement with customer, 3rd parties and building mutual collaboration for SIAM processes to operate efficiently.
• Should be owning and managing the processes end to end and ensure the process outcomes are getting met 100% of the time.
• Able to identify process gaps and can drive the process improvements
• Improve process efficiency and end customer experience.
