Responsibilities:

Create social media marketing campaigns and strategies, including content ideation and implementation schedules and the weekly/monthly social media calendar.
Responsible for ensuring that there is consistency in the brand language across online marketing and social media channels.
Track and analyse campaign/post performance and create comprehensive reports to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
Responsible for creating social media content and should have the ability to write copy, shoot stories and create posts if required.
Responsible for consistently increasing the brand’s engagement on social media platforms.
Research and monitor activity of competitors and tracks social media trends with an effort to always produce engaging new content.
Collaborate and work closely with the internal design team for design briefs and direction for the campaigns.

Social media marketing skills and qualifications:

Degree in Marketing or communication from a reputed college.
Minimum two years of experience in social media marketing in a beauty or luxury lifestyle brand with Social Media Management.
