Job Brief

We are looking for a strong entrepreneurial Key Account Manager to grow our business at a rapid pace by managing a set of large scale clients. Our vision is to create the most reliable and trusted Photography Tech company for all kinds of businesses (e-commerce, fashion, real-estate, food, jewellery, event, etc) moving online. This role will help us build strong trusted relationships with our esteemed clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a long-term relationship between major key clients and company
  • Resolve key issues and complaints from the clients
  • Develop a complete understanding of key account needs
  • Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Taking charge of the requirements of the projects by interfacing with all stakeholders - Operations, Marketing, Product.
  • Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Business or any related discipline
  • 2 to 4 years of work experience in Key Account Management
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, with incessant ability to follow-up on client requirements
  • In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
